Enrollment

Enrollment begins with a tour and required meet-and-greet with your child(ren). A tour does not guarantee acceptance. After the visit, we'll follow up within 1-2 business days to let you know if your family has been accepted. If accepted , a $50 non-refundable registration fee is required to hold your spot for one year. Once paid , you'll receive the full application and required documents , which must be completed before your child's first day .

We offer extended hours, including early mornings , weekends and holidays . We accommodated parents schedules , contact us to confirm scheduling.

Drop-in care means attending without prior enrolment or a pre-set schedule . We do NOT offer drop-in services. All children must be fully enrolled, and schedules must be submitted in advance. Staffing is based on parent schedules, so same-day or next day requests and unscheduled drop-offs are not permitted .

After acceptance , families must submit the Universal Health Record, complete the enrollment and emergency contact forms, and review and the sign the Parent Handbook. All required documents must be returned before your child's first day .

Full-time enrolled families: Payments are due every Friday. If payment is not received by 11:59 PM Friday , a late fee will be applied daily until payment is received .

Occasional/backup care : If care is used on a limited or as-needed basis (one day , one weekend, or occasional use) , full payment is due at drop-off.

Weekends & Holidays : Due to limited availability , weekend and holiday fees must be paid in advance to reserve your slot. The fee is non refundable and not transferable .

We accept cash, Zelle and credit card payments.

Families are not charged for days their child does not attend.
